First, I'd like to point out that I am located overseas. And, for anyone that has ever tried to order something and have it shipped overseas, they know it's a pain. It takes FOREVER, and sometimes once you get it, it's damaged. I ordered my new HP Touchsmart on the 25th of January and just received it today the 8th of February. The packaging and the computer came in perfect condition. It was very easy to get set-up. Wireless internet set-up was a piece of cake. However, I would recommend purchasing a protective screen to reduce wear and tear, and fingerprints, Other than that, i am having a blast getting to know my HP Touchsmart. Thanks Electronica!
